Allergen Info & Other Helpful Tidbits

We make all of our ice creams using top shelf ingredients, and source locally whenever possible. If chef can’t drive to pick it up, then we need to have a damn good reason for using it. All of our colorings come from natural sources, like beets, or turmeric.
